Updating your church information

Once you have registered -there is a small step to linking your name with a specific church

Linking your registration to a specific church

  • You need to go to the church you wish to update. You can do this by clicking on the church directory (bottom of menu on the left of this page) to find your church. If that church does not already have an ‘updater’ there will be a box at the bottom which says  ‘I update this Church’s entry’. When you click on that you will get the following message:

    Register for this church
    Enter the details below to confirm that you are to be responsible for maintaining the information on this church. Once submitted, you will immediately be able to begin editing details on this entry. If you are responsible for maintaining more than one church, then you should contact CTfC directly to request which additional churches you want to update.
  • When you click to update a church’s entry you get a fuller page on your screen and you need to click the edit button which will change the shape of the page again. Once you have edited information press save and submit at the bottom. On future occasions when you visit that page you will see the I UPDATE THIS CHURCH’S ENTRY BOX to click.
  • NB. You can only register to update one church in the first instance.

    In future when you log in, the name of your church will show up on the left hand menu of the main page, allowing you to directly go to your church entry.
